Do you offer International Shipping?

Yes, we do offer International Shipping for all our listed items (unless specifically indicated). As all of our items ship from Australia, the delivery time may vary slightly from the estimate depending on your location.

What is your Refund Policy? 

Unfortunately, we do not offer refunds for discounted items or for change of mind. We are a small, Australian business dedicated to providing excellent customer and high quality wares. If you believe an item you have purchased does not live up to this standard, please contact us via the Contact Page so that we can help you with your request. 

Can I make changes to my order?

If you have finalised a purchase (paid) with Knarr Traders and wish to make an alteration or amendment to your order, please contact us immediately via the Contact Page to make these changes. 

Extensive amendments may result in the cancelling of your order.  

How do I request a Custom Order?

Knarr Traders will accept commissions and custom orders! However, this is subject to availability. It takes great time and great skill to create our amazing wares - if you would like a bespoke creation for your re-enactment or larping kit, it may be some time until we are able to dedicate our full attention to your special order. If you are interested in commissioning a special item, be sure to follow the instructions on our Custom Order page.
